Dated from the 19th century, cast iron statue of St. Joan of Arc. The French heroine, dressed with his armor, carries the banner decorated with lilies in her left hand while his right hand rests on his heart. At his feet there is his helmet. Rediscovered in the 19th century, the Maid of Orleans was canonized in 1920 and proclaimed a secondary patroness saint of France by Pius XI in 1922. She was very popularized especially during the Franco-Prussian war of 1870 and during the two World Wars .
